I can tell why do you get bad score. I don't think that people hate your animations. They look pretty decent. It's not a finished game and that's all. The purpose of under judgement section is to remove low-quality or unfinished stuff. Submissions with low score are deleted from the portal.

The rules are very simple, yet the gameplay is addictive. I'd gladly play the board version of it with my friends.
